Context: This guide covers the process of registering your Organisation within the Employer Portal.
- Once you have registered as a user, you will need to set up your organisation's account.
Important: Ensure you are authorised to read and accept the declarations on behalf of your organisation.
- Once you have verified you are the correct person to make declarations on behalf of your organisation, Click the "I Confirm" box then click 'Start' to begin the organisation registration process.
- If your business has an ABN or ACN you can search by those codes to find your business details.
- Your company details should appear once you correctly input either the ABN or ACN.
Tip: You can add your company's trading name and verify that the company details are correct.
- Alternatively, if you don’t have an ABN or ACN, you can select I don't have an ABN or ACN and input your WPN.
- If you see a message indicating that your organisation already has an employer account, you'll need to enter the employer ID.
Tip: If you can't find your employer ID, simply check the box that says "I can't find my Employer ID".
Important: If you select 'Create new account', you will create a blank organisation with no associated data.
- Please enter the correct organisation details. Review the provided information to ensure its accuracy and then click 'Next'.
Tip: Capturing accurate organisation details, including the number of employees and website address ensures compliance, supports analytics, and helps provide personalised services.
- After providing organisation details, you will be prompted to read and accept declarations. To proceed, you must download and review the Terms and Conditions for both legalsuper and Wrkr, as well as the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). By ticking the boxes, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms and conditions of both legalsuper and Wrkr, and acknowledge the PDS.
- After reading and accepting all the Terms and Conditions, you will be presented with a review page. This is your opportunity to check all the information you've provided and verify its accuracy.
- Congratulations, you have successfully completed the organisation registration process. Your business ABN and the correct Employer ID will be displayed. You can now proceed to the Employer Portal.
