Context: This guide details how to update your email address within the Profile settings section of the Employer Portal.
Log in to the Employer Portal.
Click your profile name in the top-right of the header.
Select Profile settings.
On the Personal details screen, in the Email address section, click Edit.
You’ll be taken to the Enter email screen.
Enter your new email address and click Continue.
A modal will appear asking you to authenticate with your chosen MFA method (e.g. SMS code or authenticator). Enter the code and click Continue.
A code will be sent to your new email, and you’ll be taken to the Verify your email screen.
Enter the code you received and click Verify.
Once verified, your email address is updated and you are automatically logged out.
Log back in using your new email address.
