Context: This guide details how to update your mobile phone number within the Profile settings section of the Employer Portal.
Log in to the Employer Portal.
Click your profile name in the top-right of the header.
Select Profile settings.
On the Personal details screen, in the Mobile number section, click 'View'.
You’ll be taken to the Verify your mobile number screen.
Enter your new mobile number and click 'Send code'.
A code will be sent to the new number, and you’ll be taken to the Check your mobile phone screen.
Enter the code you received and click 'Verify'.
Once verified, a success screen will appear.
Click 'Done'.
What you’ll see:
You are returned to the Personal details screen.
Your updated mobile number is displayed.
If your MFA was set to SMS, it will now use your new mobile number.
