Coming Soon: This feature will be enabled in the near future, allowing you to update your MFA between Authenticator or SMS within the Employer Portal.
Log in to the Employer Portal.
Click your profile name in the top-right of the header.
Select Profile settings.
On the left-hand side, click the 'Security and privacy tab'.
On the Security and privacy screen, in the Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) section, click 'Update'.
A modal will appear asking you to authenticate with your current MFA method (Authenticator App). Enter the code and click 'Continue'.
The Select your preferred MFA method screen appears.
Change the selection from Authenticator App to SMS.
Click 'Continue'.
On the MFA via mobile number screen, enter your mobile number and click 'Send code'.
On the Check your mobile phone screen, enter the verification code you received by SMS and click 'Verify'.
The MFA updated confirmation screen appears.
Click 'Done'.
What you’ll see:
You are returned to the Security and privacy screen.
MFA preference is now updated to SMS.
Your entered mobile number is saved to both MFA preferences and your personal details.
