Note: If you need to add a new bank account, you will need to verify your identity and bank account details. Detailed in Refund account – full flow, the same process and steps are followed as those covered in steps 2 -4 of Set Up Direct Debit for Contributions.
To configure a refund account for your organisation, navigate to Settings > Contribution settings and select 'Add' against the 'Contribution refund account' item. For step-by-step guidance through the whole process, please refer to our user guide – linked above.
