Payment Methods
To process contributions, you must select one of three options: Direct Debit, EFT, or BPAY. To locate these options, follow the steps below.
- Navigate to Settings > Contribution Settings
2. Click Set as preferred for whichever payment method you would like to use. If you have not configured Direct Debit, you can add a bank account by clicking + Add direct debit account.
Note: If you have previously configured a payment method, it will be displayed as the 'Preferred' method.
Payment Methods: EFT or BPAY

Payment Method: Direct Debit
Note: To configure your Direct Debit account, you must now verify your identity and bank account. Follow the steps detailed in the article linked below.
