Context: This guide covers contribution reports, where to find them, and how to export and/or print their details.
- Once you have successfully submitted a contribution, you can view the status of your contribution, payment details, and extract a report of the employees included in the contribution.
- To do so, navigate to the Contributions tab on the left-hand side. On the contribution grid, select the contribution you wish to view.
- A summary of the contribution will be displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.
- On the left-hand side, you'll see a timeline showing the status of the contribution. This timeline will update as events occur, such as payments being made or returns being received.
- Select 'View contribution grid' to view the details of your contribution.
- Once the grid is displayed, you can export it to generate a report of the employees included in the contribution. Any warnings will be highlighted, allowing you to update your data accordingly. Errors will also be visible, indicating that you'll need to resubmit a contribution for those employees.
- The grid will be extracted in CSV format. You will be prompted to name your CSV file for your records.
- The following fields are displayed in the CSV extract. In the alert column warnings (W) and errors (E) will also be displayed along with a description of the warning or error.

- To view the payment details for the above contribution, click 'View payment details'.
- A summary of the payment details will also be displayed. You can also print off this summary for your records.
